Firstly, my modest participations in the Human rights education training courses in Budapest (Hungary), from 16 to April 22, 2007, in Fez (Morocco), 13-23 may, 2007, and in several local and international conferences, seminars, also, my modest knowledge on the matter of the management aspects, enabled me to have a total sight on the best manner to make a success of any action.
My international business studies enables me to have some knowledge in the fields of management. The development of any, actions, activities and training courses, like this: Seminar or meeting rests on the combination of the shared reality construction, and a constant auto- organization and training organisational. To emerge and to be applied these three concepts require practically the application of three fundamental principles: identity, hétérarchy and flexibility.
“........... Our world became too complex to enable us, try to solve in an analytical way the unit of the disturbances which we live”.
Consequently, we will have:
-Contributing to affirm the identity of the activity (seminar in our case), who implies, consequently, the creation of a generating total context of a common direction to all members and all entities of the system;
-To support the hétérarchie: require a reference framework which lets be expressed the local aspects of the activity, (so much the values of various characters and units ;countries of the all participants), which it compose this hétérarchie, that their initiatives;
-To promote the flexibility: it passes, by the introduction of an interactive context, open, turned towards the external; (the target);
A total management, of action development will be pressed, also, on a pallet of measurements:
-Answer, in their unit, for the system identity requirements, hétérarchie and flexibility;
-The expression of all paradoxical factors of the activity (cultural differences, religions, etc), of course, by supporting synergies between its aspects.
Consequently, we will have an action which will be at the same time:
Total ..................... and ............... local;
Regular ..................... and .................. event-driven;
External ........................ and ..................... interns;
Decentralized .................. and ........................ centralized;
Polycentric .................. ……..and ......................... linear;
Transmitting .............................. and.......................... receiving.
Summary:
We will be able to join the acts (actions: training courses, activities handbook “COMAPSS” activities, etc) for the intentions (needs for the various people needs in the world, as regards the Human rights), while becoming a manager constant control and the guide of his coherence.
“A speed communications and the changes of the social and economic environment, and confrontations with the new situations and the ceaseless questionings which result from this, put gradually, at evil, the absolute power organizations. Always we must try to pose and to answer the question: “what is happens outside” (beyond our borders, and of our organizations.) ”

1- To be strategic :
JEAN Michel Ribault said: “it is the overall and intelligent monitoring of the organisation environment, to the mountings of factual information whose carrying future”. Also the strategic is a transformation process of the information which acquired within the framework of the environment monitoring, to detect and better perceive, as soon as possible, the weakest signals indicator boards of threats and opportunities.
It is of a system; who’s the finality is the innovation, and the strategic decision-making, by:
-To observe the environment;
-To detect as soon as possible, the information relating to the changes which can occur there;
-To analyze and filter information which is likely to affect the implementation of various components of the organisation strategy;
-To ensure the selective dissemination of information for the targets.
2-Technological survey:
It is a tool of assistance to the decision-making, for the important decision.

A GOOD MANAGER, TRAINER OR/AND MULTIPLIER:
He must be calm and combative, to be able to listen but also to require, to know delegate but to rely on his/her own capacities.
1- Professional experience:
It includes professional competences and the ground experiment (to face the unforeseeable permanently, that should be learned how to manage, like our stress)
2- Heart of a chief:
To direct a team is a subtle proportioning of listening, authority, and organization: to communicate and responsible are the elements of its group, to delegate and gather the men and the women around oneself, to assume the errors made by the team and to share the honours. Like being a visionary (to defend his project, we must show organization, ambitions, imaginations and a realism).
3- General culture:
“To manage”, that it learns above all. We must throw a permanent glance, for example, on the universal Declaration of the Human rights, the international pact relating to the civil and political rights, the African charter of the Human rights, etc. Also having general ideas of the various cultures, religions, economic situations of some countries.
4- Total quality:
Among the gurus of “total quality”; who is DEMING (born in 1900, famous statician). He posed some points:
-To refuse to accept bad work: the things must change;
-To decide to improve a work for the long term, to be held it with stubbornness;
-To eliminate the concept of posterior control;
-To establish privileged relations;
-To improve, without stop, the methods;
-To eliminate the obstacles for circulation of the information (problems of languages for example);
-To eliminate the quantitative objectives not accompanied by a method,
-To set up an effective program of education and training;
-And finally, each one is responsible for the change.
-TO LIKE WITHOUT FEAR NOR RESERVE;
-TO TEST SAME JOY IN THE DARKEST MOMENTS;
-TO BE IN PEACE IN THE MIDDLE OF AGITATION;
-TO REMAIN PATIENT AS IT WOULD BE EASIER TO PUT IN ANGER.
